When it comes to rentals, It's not about exclusive listings - it's about knowing where the most exclusive listings are! 

A longtime secret, the truth is that most of the properties rented in New York City are not  exclusive listings.

Most  landlords don't sign exclusive listings for rent  because if the apartment is priced right and good value is offered it usually won't be on the market long enough for the ink to dry!

As a boutique broker our focus is on the client - not on the listings. Hence, when we work for the renter or buyer we aren't trying to "push"  you into an exclusive listing that we have been obligated to rent for an owner.  We pride ourselves in representing the entire marketplace - comprised of open listings from thousands of owners and all of the listings from all of the licensed brokers in NYC.

After completing her studies in NY and London, U.K.,  Lorett worked in Design Consulting  and Administration in the fields of Construction and Architecture. She began her Real Estate career leasing apartments in Bayside, New York where she established  strong relationships in the housing community. This led to her early recognition by a syndicate of developers that relocated her to Philadelphia. She served there as Director of Marketing for The Drake Tower. This exciting project involved the rehab of the famed Drake Hotel, a 1929 landmark they converted from a hotel into a Luxury Residential tower. With her architectural background she assisted in the design layouts as well as the marketing of the apartments lending to the great success of this project. 

A year later she returned to work for one of the largest brokerages in NYC where she quickly became the #1 rental agent and thereafter was promoted to the Manager of Luxury Residential Leasing. Adding to her accomplishments, she went on to receive the famed "Deal of The Year" Award from The Real Estate Board of New York.

Lorett is also the author of

"The Art of The Rental Deal" Seminar Series and has conducted numerous Sales Training Seminars at several brokerages and Real Estate schools throughout New York City.
